Mental Health Interventions

Clinically led interventions for individuals and families navigating severe mental health challenges, high-conflict dynamics, and escalating crises.

Mental health crises rarely affect just one person.

They impact entire families, relationships, workplaces, and support systems, often leaving loved ones overwhelmed, frightened, and unsure of what to do next.

I provide clinically grounded mental health interventions designed to stabilize complex situations while helping families move toward sustainable healing.

Clinical Approach

My background as a doctorate level clinical and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor allows me to assess situations through a deeper clinical lens. I can help families and individuals manage symptoms including psychosis, severe emotional dysregulation, personality dynamics, trauma, or family system collapse.

A Team-Based, Family Systems Approach

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all interventions. Every case is approached through a family systems lens, recognizing that healing often requires coordinated support for the identified individual and for the people surrounding them.

Intensive, High-Touch Support

Many situations require more than a single meeting or consultation. I offer intensive support options that may include: multi-hour family therapy sessions, in-home clinical support, treatment coordination, ongoing consultation during treatment transitions, and travel support for admissions and transport when clinically appropriate

I’m licensed in multiple states and available for travel nationwide for select cases requiring intensive family systems work.

For Families Seeking Direction

Families often reach out when previous treatment attempts have failed, they feel isolated, exhausted, or unsure what to do next, and safety concerns may be escalating. My role is to help you slow down, assess the situation clinically, and create a thoughtful path forward.
