Addiction Interventions

Support for families living in cycles of chaos, fear, and exhaustion

Together, we create structure, accountability, boundaries, and a thoughtful path toward long-term healing. Learn more

Mediation and Conflict Resolution

For families or teams in high conflict

Some families aren’t in immediate crisis—but they’re stuck in patterns of tension, avoidance, or breakdown. I facilitate structured conversations that help people speak honestly, hear each other clearly, and make decisions that move everyone forward.

Note: This is not therapy. It’s short-term, outcome-focused support rooted in clinical and ethical best practices.

Eating Disorder Interventions

Support for families facing fear, conflict, and emotional exhaustion

Eating disorders often affect every part of a family’s life, leaving loved ones feeling helpless and disconnected. I help families navigate the emotional, relational, and clinical complexities of eating disorders with compassion, structure, and coordinated support focused on healing the individual and the family system as a whole. My Ethical Commitment to You

As a PhD and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) practicing in multiple states, I follow all federal and state laws regarding anti-kickback statutes. I do not receive, and will not accept, any commissions, gifts, or compensation for referrals. My recommendations are based solely on clinical judgment and your family’s needs.

You don’t need to wait until the next crisis hits. If you're not sure where to start, reach out. I’ll listen, assess, and help you decide what’s next—even if that means referring you elsewhere.

Services

When someone you love is in crisis, you deserve a clear, clinical plan. I offer direct, compassionate intervention and mental health services tailored to your unique situation.

  • A structured, compassionate approach—when everything feels uncertain.

Whether you're navigating addiction, a mental health crisis, or a pattern of self-destruction, I help families and loved ones create a clear, clinically grounded path toward treatment. My work is guided by the Love First® model, a non-confrontational process centered on love, structure, and dignity.

    What’s involved:

    • Family coaching and preparation

    • Letter-writing guidance and intervention planning

    • Coordination with psychiatric, legal, and medical teams

    • Independent clinically appropriate referrals (no kickbacks, ever)

    • Comprehensive support before, during, and after the intervention (customized to each unique plan)

  • Concierge-level coordination for complex, high-acuity cases.

For families navigating multiple providers, treatment programs, or transitions, I offer ongoing case management that bridges the gaps in care. I stay engaged with treatment teams, advocate for clinical alignment, and help you manage the logistics and emotional stress of long-term recovery.

Available in-person and virtually across state lines.

  • Support for families who feel stuck, splintered, or out of sync.

Sometimes the crisis isn’t just one person—it’s the whole system. I work with families experiencing deep conflict, burnout, or grief. Through structured sessions, we address longstanding patterns, rebuild trust, and restore communication.

Whether you’re in the middle of a crisis or preparing for one, I provide a calm, clinical container to help families move forward with integrity and compassion.
